Meet Objective Paradigm’s Chief of Staff
There’s a new title at Objective Paradigm and in the role, a favorite, familiar face.
For almost three years, we have been beyond fortunate to have Dayna Stoller on our team. Over those years, Dayna has made a significant impact on the way we operate and celebrate our employees.
As OP’s HR Generalist, Dayna, implemented a new employee benefits program in addition to creating internal initiatives that contribute to the overall well-being of our employees. She tackled an overhaul of the onboarding processes we use for our internal and consultant workforces, vastly improving the experience for all while nurturing a culture that received Crain’s Chicago Best Places to work recognition in 2018.
Dayna Stoller has significantly improved the trajectory of our organization by striving to make improvements in everything she touches while balancing both the objectives of the business and the needs of our people. When Dayna isn’t running the people part of OP, she’s giving her time to the community. She has taken on various responsibilities in the execution of T4Youth and is consistently discovering organizations that would benefit from the giving initiatives she’s put in place at OP.
