Another amazing time at Midwest Dreamin’ – thank you!

Isn’t it exciting to be part of an event that is completely driven by Salesforce users?

Year after year, Midwest Dreamin’ continues to grow – it is exciting to not only see that Talution Group has grown but that through user run events, we now belong to a community of Salesforce enthusiasts who share our vision.

It was an honor to speak at Midwest Dreamin’ 2016 – especially because it was about a topic that is very important to Talution Group – The State of the Salesforce Talent Market.

Session attendees got an inside look at the Salesforce roles Midwest firms are looking for and what they are paying. We talked about how to leverage and train internal resources for both technical Salesforce roles and for the recruitment of Salesforce technologist.

In addition to connecting with the individuals who attended my presentation – thank you! – our Talution Salesforce Talent Team brought the energy to the expo answering questions from candidates and employers alike.

There is no better feeling than having clients and others we know, come up to us at these events and express how much they value our participation. It’s an extremely collaborative group of people, we love being a part of it.
