Responsibilities

• Architect and manage resilient, scalable backend infrastructure tailored for high-throughput distributed environments.

• Conduct deep-dive performance tuning and optimization to ensure services maintain ultra-low latency under heavy traffic.

• Engineer robust observability, monitoring, and proactive alerting frameworks to guarantee maximum system uptime.

• Evolve the organization’s security posture and architectural standards by integrating cutting-edge industry protocols.

• Provide technical mentorship to the engineering team, distilling complex infrastructure concepts into actionable development strategies.

• Contribute directly to the evolution of core data services, including indexing and real-time data streaming.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional backend and infrastructure engineering experience, specifically focused on large-scale distributed systems.

• Blockchain Expertise: Deep technical command of blockchain protocols, with a specialized understanding of the Solana ecosystem.

• Programming: Advanced proficiency in Rust, Go, or TypeScript.

• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on mastery of major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) alongside container orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.

• Data Systems: Expertise in managing SQL/NoSQL databases and high-volume message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Soft Skills: Proven ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, excellent collaborative communication skills, and a fast-paced problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience building developer-facing tools, RPC nodes, or data indexing APIs.
