This is a high-impact role where you will exercise complete ownership over complex features, from initial design through to secure deployment in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect Core Systems: Design and implement high-performance programs utilizing both low-level native models and modern framework architectures.

• Ensure Code Integrity: Produce exceptionally secure, efficient, and reliable code that stands up to the rigors of large-scale financial environments.

• Develop Testing Standards: Establish rigorous testing frameworks and detailed technical documentation to validate code against strict specifications.

• Drive Product Lifecycle: Exercise end-to-end ownership of product development, translating conceptual challenges into streamlined, functional software.

• System Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve technical debt, performance lags, and stack-wide bottlenecks.

• Collaborate & Mentor: Work within a specialized engineering team to share technical insights and optimize internal development tools.

Requirements

• Systems Programming Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience with low-level languages such as Rust, C, or C++.

• Direct Blockchain Experience: A proven history of deploying multiple programs specifically within the Solana ecosystem (native or Anchor).

• Problem-Solving Capability: A demonstrated ability to break down intricate, large-scale technical hurdles into elegant and simple architectural solutions.

• Startup DNA: Experience thriving in a lean, rapid-growth organizational environment.

• Technical Communication: Strong ability to document complex processes and collaborate across functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Security Focus: Professional background in cybersecurity or specialized smart contract auditing.
