We are looking for a creative storyteller to execute the day-to-day development of brand content and marketing assets for our family of staffing and recruiting brands. This is a role for a forward-thinking, hands-on, analytical, and highly collaborative person that desires to play a pivotal role in the evolution of a market-leading brand. This person will ensure our content is impactful, persuasive, uniform, and streamlined across our various recruiting and staffing brands. They will also establish the tools and processes that will enable the marketing function to scale and support the business through tremendous growth. This person will build a content marketing ecosystem with processes and assets that will expand and amplify our brand while always being rooted in our vision and values.
The mission is to develop engaging content and deliver it to the Objective Partner’s Family of Brands, past, current, and prospective candidates and clients via our website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels. We will use both original and curated content and distribute it organically and via paid promotion to targeted audiences in order to create brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and convert it into sales and candidate leads. Return on our effort and investment will be measured by continuously lowering our cost of acquisition of candidates and clients.
More about the role, the responsibilities, and the opportunity:
- Work cross-functionally with practice leaders, recruiters, sourcers, and operations of the organization to understand their respective functions, clients, and candidate personas
- Develop persuasive content that drives engagement
- Brainstorm & create ideas into the following types of deliverables:
- Blogs
- Job Postings
- Case studies
- Service descriptions
- FAQ pages
- Landing pages
- Infographics
- Sales copy and proposals
- This person will ensure project timelines are met, all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized and tailored for specific audiences, channels, and uses
- Tasks may include writing core pages (website copy), landing pages, and larger content pieces deemed important to our business
- Conduct research on current and prospective markets and competitors in order to create well-written and well-researched copy
- Revise, edit, and proofread content for spelling and grammar errors, tone and voice
- Communicate with management and other internal teams on key project metrics, timelines, and campaign goals.
- Daily use of project management tools, social media, reporting, analytics, and trend tools.
- Onboard and manage marketing agency that will be handling our social media pages
- Dig into our google analytics to help us best identify our opportunities
- Complete buyer personas for each of our groups
Your qualifications:
- You identify as a self starter and are able to take an idea and run with it
- You should have a well-rounded understanding of current digital marketing techniques on each of the channels we leverage
- You have a portfolio of storytelling that showcases your competency to both formulate strategies and execute in inspiring and motivating your audiences
- At least 2 years of writing/editing experience for SEO
- In-house or freelance Content Writing experience for clients within a digital marketing agency is highly preferred. Staffing experience or an experience where you supported a family of brands is a huge plus.
- Ability to receive feedback from multiple internal teams and coalesce into a cohesive deliverable
- Overall knowledge and experience of major digital marketing strategies
- A passion for writing, influencing and storytelling
- Knowledgeable about broader communications trends and how different mediums are evolving
- You have effective time management skills, and the ability to self-edit all work
