What You’ll Do
Strategic Execution

Partner with leadership on annual and quarterly planning, prioritization, and goal-setting

Translate strategy into clear, executable roadmaps with defined outcomes

Break down complex, ambiguous challenges into structured, actionable plans

Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, and decision frameworks
Operational Leadership

Establish and drive operating cadence across Product, Pricing, Digital, and Data teams

Define and track KPIs to ensure accountability and performance against objectives

Identify organizational bottlenecks and remove friction across cross-functional teams
-
Lead high-impact, revenue- and customer-experience–driven initiatives critical to the company’s next chapter
Executive Partnership & Influence

Serve as a trusted thought partner to the VP of Technologies

Prepare leadership briefings and synthesize complex topics for executive audiences

Represent leadership in key forums and cross-functional working sessions

Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations
Ideal Profile
-
MBA from a top-tier or strong regional program preferred
-
2–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, investment banking, product strategy, or a high-performance operating environment

Exceptional analytical rigor and financial modeling capability

Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
-
High intellectual horsepower paired with strong execution discipline
Willingness to relocate to Memphis, TN
