They also need rigorous testing and risk controls to prevent potentially harmful outcomes from their trading strategies, he said.</p>
<p>“All the software they develop, for the most part, is proprietary,” Dostellio said. “They’re trying to attract the best talent that’s out there because that’s their competitive advantage.”</em></p>

<p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p>
<p>This person will be responsible for delivering quality recruiting services and adding value to client’s recruiting efforts. You will be acting as a direct representative of your client’s in the marketplace while hunting for sought after talent. This is NOT a commissioned-based recruiting position.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a candidate sourcing strategy that is aligned with the client’s talent needs.</li>
<li>Generate candidate pipelines using networking, cold calling, and creative research</li>
<li>Follow up on referrals from our internal sourcing team and other practice groups</li>
<li>Coordinate with Management and other practice groups to drive new RPO business</li>

<li>A basic level of comfort with technology and an aptitude to learn more</li>
